The Three Pillars of Success

By admin on May 1, 2012

Every day, thousands of trucks take to the highways to deliver much needed fuel all across the United States. The tanker trucks carry gas, oil, petroleum, chemicals, and solvents. The larger vehicles are very similar to the tank trucks that you see on freight trains. The tankers can be non-insulated or insulated. They can pressurized, or non-pressurized. Some trucks are used for multiple loads. This means that there are internal divisions, or compartments inside the tank, while other tankers are manufactured to carry a single load.

Tanker trucks first started to make their presence known in the United States from about 1910. Conoco and Standard Oil were the earliest users, but by 1915, other refineries started to buy their own fleets. In the early 1920’s, horse drawn wagons were being replaced by motorized trucks with company names proudly displayed on the side of the tank.

If you run a business that needs to deliver fuel across the state line, or across town, you know how important it is to keep your trucks up to code, and if you are in the market for a used tanker truck, you have come to the right place. Buying a post leased or used vehicle is just as good if not better than purchasing a brand new fuel or gas truck.

Post Leasing and Sales are the experts when it comes to leasing, trading, selling, and buying. If you would like to upgrade your older model vehicles, browse through our website. We have a complete line of gas and fuel trucks that have been certified and inspected. We are the leaders in medium and heavy-duty used trucks.
